This position manages the supply of materials in many concurrent construction projects across North America. As the primary customer contact, professional communication is crucial to success. Candidate should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. This detail oriented individual will also have the ability to work as a team and collaborate effectively. A construction background, Project Management Experience, and Door Industry Knowledge are preferred.
This position manages an Account Team which is responsible for the supply of materials in many concurrent construction projects across North America. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills, and the ability to teach, train, and relate to employees. A Team Lead must excel at communication, have strong organization skills, be able to multi-task, and be meticulous in their work. A background in the door Industry and Project Management experience are required. Ultimately, the Team Lead is responsible for meeting deadlines, customer satisfaction, and maintaining/improving profitability of all projects handled by their Account Team, while being responsible for the performance, and professional growth of all Account Team members.

This entry level position, will be trained on the skills necessary to become a Project Manager. Ideal candidates will demonstrate communication skills, organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment. Candidate should also be a quick learner, be comfortable with common computer applications and skills, and an interest in the construction industry. Prior customer service experience is also a plus. Project Management in this very specific industry is only learned on the job. This position will be provided on the job industry training, and should be someone that is looking for a career, not a paycheck.
